  • Where are the products shipped from? How long does it take for me to receive my product after I place an order?
    The products are from Taiwan, and they are all designed and painted by me. In the past, people from the United States, France, Hong Kong, Australia and other countries have purchased from me. The average delivery time is about 1 to 2 weeks.

  • I live outside Taiwan, how can I purchase products?
    After selecting the products, you can place an order directly on the website. Currently, only overseas customers are supported to pay by PayPal or Line Pay (paypal requires an additional 5% handling fee; Line Pay requires an additional 2.2% handling fee). I will send you an email to confirm the order details and payment method. You will receive a payment link after you confirm that there is no problem.
  • 設計好的圖可以應用在我的商品上面嗎？
    天天好萌的客製化委託只提供給私人用途，例如當作個人桌布、印成小卡分送親友等等。嚴禁任何商業化利用，像是當作商店頭像、應用在商品包裝上等等都是嚴格禁止的，如果有商業用途需求，委託的費用會提高，請私訊討論。
  • 我成功預約到委託了，但是最近手頭比較緊/下個月初發薪水才方便付款，可以之後再結帳嗎？
    有預約成功都能進行設計討論，討論階段是不用收費的。可以等您手頭比較寬裕的時候再匯款過來，但請先告知大約的匯款日期，在收到款項以前我會先為其他委託人設計圖稿。
  • 我以前有委託過，現在想把圖案再加印或者是自己拿去做成其他紀念物可以嗎？
    所有檔案都會留存在我電腦，如果要加印可以隨時私訊我，只會收取印刷費及運費。如果是自行找廠商去印其他東西是沒問題的，不過希望先跟我說一聲，如果能分享完成作品給我就更好了～我很開心能收到大家的照片唷！
